Being a mum is the ultimate juggling act and Personal Training is a fantastic way to help you incorporate exercise into your day.
Here at Yummy Mummies Fitness we offer both one to one and group personal training sessions to help you reach your health and fitness goals. These can be done wherever is best for you, being at home, in your garden or a local park.
Each session is specially designed with you in mind and incorporates exercises to help to strengthen and gently bring your body back, as closely, to your pre-pregnancy figure. We use different equipment each session, including: dumbbells, kettle bells and resistance bands, to prevent boredom and ensure that you are challenged.
It is important to remember that your body has spent nine, amazing, months producing your little one and it needs time to regain strength and reset. Therefore, as frustrating as it may seem it is important to start off carefully and you MUST remember that it will take time to return to how you were pre-pregnancy.
All Personal Training sessions include:
- A Warm Up/Mobilisation
- Cardio Section
- Strength Section
- Core Section
- Cool Down

(save £75 / One and a half hours free)
You, your friends and the trainer
per person
(save £35 each / One hour free)
(save £50 each / One and a quarter hours free)
*Group sessions involve a minimum of two people and maximum of five. Prices are per person.
