Suitable from six weeks (12 weeks if caesarean section) after giving birth, or as soon as you have been signed off by the midwife or doctor.
Dependent on previous exercise history.
If exercised regularly prior to birth suitable from 6 weeks (12 weeks if caesarean section).
If not exercised prior to birth we recommend completing the YMF Core Course first to build up your strength. Otherwise is suitable from 12 weeks (18 weeks if caesarean section) after giving birth.
